Systems Team Analysis

Every company consists of individuals who work together, sometimes in teams. Teams are unique dynamic organisms with an energy and life of their own. If the interpersonal dynamics of a team are in conflict, then communication, and inevetiably productivity falters and everyone suffers.

Systems Team Analysis will resolve this problem and restore cohesiveness to the team and the individuals involved.

By meeting with the entire team together and doing a systems feedback analysis, it becomes clear where the intervention needs to be made. At this point, I work with both individuals and the subsystems within the team to introduce change. This process can take anywhere from a week to a number of months depending on how entrenched the difficulties are.
