For more information on this simply email us on info@avalonrc.com. Terms and Conditions All courses must be paid for in advance where at all possible. Both parties must attend all sections of the course. Certificates will only be issued at the end of the course once payment is received and processed, especially in the case of cheque payments. Refunds are not given usually as Avalon has to bear the cost of venue hire and staff hire. Refunds are only given where written notification was received at least 48 hours before course commencement and only given under exceptional circumstances. Confirmation of course booking will be sent via e-mail. Written confirmation will only be sent if booking form is accompanied by a SAE. A map showing the location of each course will be provided on our website. Avalon does not provide Lunch. (There is no point in you paying us for soggy sandwiches when you can get much nicer food in venues close by… and for the same price!) Avalon will provide tea/coffee in the morning. Participation is encouraged during the course but not required. If you don’t feel like talking, you don’t have to! We want you to relax and enjoy yourselves. Avalon provides follow-on consultations and in depth workshops with any couple that want to invest in their relationship even more. Please feel free to ask about this at any stage.
